The Querc workshop has been in operation since 2011. We produce hand-split shingles from oak, larch and pine. Our own machinery park, dedicated to shingle production, and careful selection at every stage.

Close collaboration with architects and contractors lets us deliver technical solutions that confirm the reliability of the shingle, promoting its beauty not only in traditional construction, but above all in modern architecture.

Raw material

Oak, larch and pine — all timber comes from sustainable sources. Each batch is checked for grain, moisture and freedom from defects.

Assumptions

A split shingle is a building material with over a century of service life. Our assumption is simple: if the wood itself decides where it breaks, it doesn't need to be protected with chemicals.
