The Querc workshop has been in operation since 2011. We produce hand-split shingles from oak, larch and spruce. Our own machinery park, dedicated to shingle production, and careful selection at every stage.

Raw material
Oak, larch and spruce — all timber comes from sustainable sources. Each batch is checked for grain, moisture and freedom from defects.
Assumptions
A split shingle is a building material with over a century of service life. Our assumption is simple: if the wood itself decides where it breaks, it doesn't need to be protected with chemicals.
