An oak-cobble mosaic terrace

We finished an outdoor terrace with oak cobbles arranged as a mosaic. A conventional crushed-stone and sand base allowed the blocks to be laid tightly, without a repeating pattern.

The finished surface shows the raw oak: every piece has its own grain, while the whole terrace remains calm and natural.
